IS THE 365CARMODS.COM WEBSITE SECURE?

 All of our orders are processed through a secure, PCI compliant network. 365CarMods.com uses Authorize and PayPal as our PCI Compliant Merchant Account Providers. We never even see your credit card information and certainly would never share it with anyone else (even if we could)!

 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards. We also accept PayPal. We, however, do not accept complimentary e-mails asking for freebies, sorry!

  

HOW MUCH DOES THE SHIPPING COST?

DO YOU HAVE A DAY OFF?

No, our team work everyday with no day off 24/7!

 

HOW MANY DAYS UNTIL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 2 days. In peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, Back to School, etc.) please allow for up to 3 days for dispatch! We will send you an email letting you know as soon as it has been sent.

 

HOW MANY DAYS UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER!

We are shipping 24/7 from our warehouse to keep up with the demand. 

USA: The majority of the orders arrive in 7-12 days.

International: The majority of the orders arrive in 12-20 days.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

After your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking information! You can track your order HERE.  

 

I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN MY ORDER.

You can return your order up to 30 days after it arrives to you. If you would like to return all or some of your products, send us an email at support@365carmods.com We will provide you a store credit or provide instructions to send your order back. For more details about returns, please check our Refund Policy.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Yes, if your order hasn't been sent yet, please contact us and we'll be happy to change your order. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be changed!

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours after they were made.

 

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS STOLEN?

"365CarMods" is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, "365CarMods" will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.  

 

DO YOU DELIVER ORDERS TO MY COUNTRY? 

We deliver to United States, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

 

ARE ALL OF THE PRODUCTS IN MY ORDER SENT TOGETHER?

Products are occasionally sent separately to reach you as quickly as possible, to avoid customs charges, or because they are being sent from separate distribution centers.

 

I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY CONFIRMATION FOR MY ORDEER, WHAT'S GOING ON?

If you didn't receive any confirmation email from us it can only mean that you either mistyped your email (for example gnail instead of gmail, gmail.con instead of gmail.com) or used a secondary email and forgot about it. You can contact us with the correct full name you used in your order and we will gladly update your email address and re-send you your order confirmation email.

 

I RECEIVED TWO EMAIL CONFIRMATIONS, WAS I CHARGED TWICE? 

No worries, you weren't charged twice, we just send two emails to make sure our customers get their order confirmations in their inbox.
