Not always. If you order multiple products - say a t-shirt and a mug - they may ship separately from different fulfillment centers. This is completely normal. You'll receive separate tracking for each shipment, so nothing is lost.

If it's genuinely missing, contact your local carrier directly with your tracking number. We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided, but we'll share all tracking details to help with your investigation.

No, you were not charged twice. We send two confirmation emails to make sure at least one reaches your inbox. You'll only see a single charge on your payment method.
Most designs are available from S through 5XL. Check the size chart on each individual product page for exact measurements. When in doubt, go one size up - car guys tend to prefer a relaxed fit and most of our customers agree.
We use Gildan 5000 for t-shirts and Gildan 18000/18500 for hoodies and sweatshirts. These are industry-standard blanks known for durability and consistent sizing. They wash well and hold print quality over time.
We use direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, which bonds the ink directly into the fabric fibers. The result is a sharp, detailed print that doesn't crack or peel the way older screen prints sometimes do. For best results, wash inside-out in cold water.
