Refund Policy

OUR PROMISE

Every 365CarMods item is printed to order, just for you. If something is wrong with your order, we'll make it right at our cost: you choose a free replacement or a full refund. You won't need to send anything back.

WHAT WE COVER

Email us at 365carmods@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll take care of it if:

• your item arrived damaged or broken, for example a cracked mug
• the print is faulty, or the design isn't the one you ordered
• you received the wrong item, size or color
• the item measures more than the stated tolerance away from the size chart for the size you ordered (about 1.5 in for t-shirts and about 1 in for hoodies and sweatshirts). Please send two photos of it laid flat with a tape measure, one across the chest and one for the length.

CHANGE OF MIND

Because each item is made to order and can't be resold, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, or when an item matches the size chart but fits differently than you expected. Not sure about your size? Check the size chart on the product page or our Sizing Chart, or email us before you order and we'll gladly help you choose.

CUSTOMERS IN THE EU AND UK

You have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, except for personalized items. Email us within that time, then send the unused item back within 14 days at your own cost. We'll refund the item and the standard shipping you paid within 14 days of receiving it.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Orders go into production quickly. If you email us before production starts, we'll cancel your order and refund you in full.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may need a few more days to show it.
