Don't have your tracking number?

Your tracking number is in the shipping confirmation email we send as soon as your order ships (check spam or promotions if you can't find it). You can also see your order status and tracking anytime in your account: enter the email you used at checkout and we'll send you a one-time login code.

Good to know

• Every item is printed to order and ships within 1-3 business days. A tracking number becomes active once the carrier scans the package, which can take up to 24-48 hours after the shipping email.
• US orders often travel with DHL eCommerce or UPS first and are delivered by USPS. The same tracking number works for the whole trip.
• If you ordered several items, they may ship separately, each with its own tracking number.
