Orders go into production quickly, so email us at 365carmods@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Once production has started we can't modify it. That said, if your order arrives damaged or with a print defect, we'll replace it at no cost - just contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Mugs use dye-sublimation - the design is heat-bonded into the ceramic surface, so it won't scratch, peel, or fade with regular use.
